Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened products only. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplement containers.

  • Products not purchased directly from www.zion-supplements.com.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@zion-supplements.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
