Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened products only. To qualify for a return:

The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used supplement containers.

Products not purchased directly from www.zion-supplements.com.

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@zion-supplements.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
